I think the problem w/ me and yearly lists is that sometimes I don't get into a show/album until the next year. Take Battlestar Gallactica- I'm completely obsessed w/ this show now (geeky, I know), but it's already on season 3.

As far as albums- I really don't know which ones come from which year anymore...Shannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15499619086269635703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7782942.post-2155515173361229642007-01-07T10:23:00.000-07:002007-01-07T10:23:00.000-07:00Hey, Flop. I did read quite a few books, just not any specifically from the past year.

Also: Hugh Laurie's book is called The Gun Seller, and yes, it is very good. They just came out with a second print run of it thanks to his popularity in House, and I highly encourage you to go look for it. I read it about seven years ago now, and I got a copy in the Chapters six months ago.The Dochttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09871483181005895488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7782942.post-52854739836911754972007-01-06T17:54:00.000-07:002007-01-06T17:54:00.000-07:00Hey Doctor Teeth, Flop here. I know, I've never visited your blog before, but there's always a first time, right?...

Anyways, I couldn't help but notice you neglected to include books in your delightful listings of things cultural and pop-ish (too much culture, not enough pop, maybe?... I know, I know: Flop, don't try to be clever!) Were you aware that Hugh Laurie actually has a novel? It's not recent, in fact we just dug up The Brother-in-Law's copy from the depths of Glenn's Mom's scary-scary basement, and that being the case, I haven't read it myself yet, but The Brother-in-Law says it's hilarious, so it might be worth looking for. Not sure if it's even still in print....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
