I got a right to sing the blues

The song that I just listened to leaves me with a strange feeling. You can call me old-fashioned if you want to, but I just don't think a blues song should start with the lyric "Standin' on the corner / With a cell phone in my hand." If you have a cell phone, that's a pretty good indication that you shouldn't have the blues.
