Coldplay: Just for the taste of it

I don't really read music magazines; they're typically full of reviews that don't want to offend anyone, interviews with people I don't care about, and ads for things I don't want or can't afford. However, I may just need to buy a copy of December's Q magazine, based on an excerpt from a Coldplay interview (done by Ricky Gervais, at that) that I found during my morning troll through the internets (Kevin is a rather funny gentleman who I don't visit often enough). I will not reprint it here, as that would be a cut-and-paste, but you should click on the link and read it for yourself.

You know it, I know it, we all know it. It's just not something I'd expected to see Chris Martin actually say.

Coldplay= Diet Radiohead. All the flavor, none of the calories.

Wow, that is just so totally shocking. I mean, it's at once kind of arrogant and derrogatory. And I just used the same root word in both of those adjectives. So score a point pour moi!
