I did it

I wrote 50,000 words. (Really, 50,055 words.) This means that even though I didn't finish the story, I won NaNoWriMo for the first time ever. Also, while on the phone with The Peach, I apparently said I wanted to cry for seven hours, when I really ment sleap. (And I just mis-spelled sleep.) So the 10 and 11 hour workdays and ridiculous writing has gotten to my brain. Sleep now. More later.

Dr. Teeth, Sorry I've been out of your blogosphere for so long- I look forward to catching up on everything. Congrats on NaNoWriMo.

Enjoy your sleep!

congrats, the task seemed so daunting to me that even if i went off my 28,734 words that have been written for a year and never touched that I don't think I could have finished. Maybe I'll try next year.

YAY! What an accomplishment! My novel never fully got off the ground but I shall glory in your accomplishment anyway!

Shannon, don't apologize. It's not like I've commented over in your neck of the woods either. I'll work on being a better blogger.

Natalie, I didn't think I'd be able to do it either. It's surprising what a little effort and a loud supportive local community will do for you!

Xeryfyn, it's okay. You've actualy won before. 50,055 words is more than my four previous attempts combined.
