A Bit Of Fry & Laurie! In America!

Earlier this evening, I got caught up on last night's episode of House, starring the dreamy and wonderful Hugh Laurie. Then I tuned in to Bones, starring the dreamy and wonderful Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz, and who should I see guest-starring but Stephen Fry! (Playing, a little ironically, a psychiatrist.) And he's going to be back next episode as well, so hooray for a little taste of British television in the U.S.!

Except..they're not on the same show. Come on, Fox executives, if there's any one of your shows that Stephen Fry should guest star on, it should really be House. And I suppose that smacks ever so gently of fan entitlement, but I don't honestly care. Having Fry play a really earnest patient that Laurie's House has to work with would be like absynthe flowing from my television screen directly into my brain.

I know you meant for absynthe flowing directly into your brain as a good thing , but aside from that evoking a horrible mental image for me. think of the detremental effects that have for your grey matter.Seriously, just pouring all over it like some kind of brain gravy.(Shudder)
